The Promises

Seven commitments a pilot can hold us to. Each one comes with a way to check it yourself — a promise you can't verify is just marketing.

1

Your records are yours

Full export — CSV and a printable FAA-style PDF — is free, forever, for everyone, including people who never pay us. Open formats only.

the export button never sits behind a paywall — try it on day one

2

Backups carry receipts

Every backup issues a receipt: entry count, hours by category, checksum. Any old backup can be re-verified against its receipt whenever you doubt it.

settings → backups → pick any receipt → “verify” recomputes the checksum in front of you

3

Sync shows its work

Each device displays its own entry count and totals; a difference between devices is flagged and listed, never silently reconciled behind your back.

the sync screen is a ledger, not a spinner — counts per device, in the open

4

It works at altitude

Everything functions offline. An airplane is the one place a pilot logbook must never demand a connection.

airplane mode on → open the app → log a flight

5

No AI, anywhere

No generated summaries, no chatbots, no models trained on your flying. Your logbook is a legal record; it gets arithmetic, not inference.

search the app and this site for AI features — there are none to find

6

Honest billing

The price is visible before any paywall. No trial that quietly converts into a charge. Imported history never counts against a free tier.

the price appears on this site before the app ever asks for payment

A person answers
